About Me

I bring years of experience consulting in the area of compensation and benefits to serving clients of True Wage, including working across all regions of the world. My specialties include design and implementation of executive compensation, sales compensation, performance management, HRIS integration, and incentive plans. I also offer custom survey services to help clients see what the labor market is paying for particular roles.

I have worked a compensation consultant at a global Fortune 500 company for several years. I volunteer and freelance with small- to medium-sized organizations across all sectors of the economy and all across the country looking for help on compensation. I have a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, in addition to PHR, SHRM-CP, CCP, GRP, and PMP certifications. I contribute regularly to Workspan magazine, the premier publication for total rewards professionals, and I was featured as one of SHRM’s 30 under 30 in 2016.
